it is very sad when you have to be scared to rust anyone my daughter has a B&B and she has to check every room before her cleaning lady goes in as some people forgets things and they want them mailed back to them and it is her reputation if she tell them she does not have it also she had to start locking up her paper towels and toilet paper and only give them what was needed for a room it is turning into a very sick world

My Joanns has always has the scissor and rotary cutter area like that and about 2 years ago they did it with needles. There are a lot of dishonest people in the world sadly
