I have the template, but haven't used it yet. Guess I'll have to break it out!

My friend at work has the x block template and she loves it she says it really good when using scrap material but also for regular quilts. She has made 4 quilts using it. I am going to buy one next week.

This is a quilt I made using the X- Block. I think it's a lot of fun!

I bought the tool and the book, only to find that the pattern for the quilt I wanted to do is not in the book! I assumed that because it was included in the video that it would be there...all of the others are there. After the laughter died down, I will attempt to make the quilt based on what I could gather from the video. Will let you know the results. Only problem we always have here is that the block and the book cost me $76 so it was a big disappointment not to get the right pattern. Your costs will be cheaper. I like the idea of no waste.
