    Thanks, grammyj. I wasn't sure of the official name for the part I broke so it helped me when me when I saw the picture of the part with the name. Thanks.

    For anyone that has purchased one of this companies 1/4" feet. Does this foot also do the scant 1/4"?

    I've ordered from them and am super pleased with their products and service. Even wrapped my feet with a free fat quarter! Nice folks.

    Another good site for purchases and parts is www.deskdave.com

    Dave is very friendly and is very knowledgeable.
    I got some hard to find parts for my featherweight and he was very helpful!

    I just called Dave direct from his # on his web site. I was looking for a motor band which are hard to find by themselves. The bands are very fragile and mine was missing. I have no intentions of selling but I just wanted my machine to be as authentic and complete as she could be with all the finishing touches.

    Dave was very friendly, gave me lots of info about maintenance and found an authentic band for me reasonably priced.

    I laughed when I looked at pics on his web site - he will refinish a Featherweight with white polka dots or hearts on a pretty red background - very cute!!
