Here is a great resource for organizing all things in our lives, including quilting. This website has helped me make more time for quilting!

Oh ! I love Flylady. I have subscribed to her daily emails for a few years now. I can't live without my timer. Following her missions got my home organized and helps me keep our home clean and clutter free. I haven't lived "CHAOS"( Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome) for years. I more time to do the things I love. If you are like me and not born organized, this is the web site for you. I'm in control. It is so nice and relaxing to be able to find my supplies for my projects because they have a place and they are there and if I do let Hot Spots build I put them out and it doesn't take long to get back in control. It was also a relief to know there are so many others with the same problem, I felt so alone and ashamed before.
I also like reading years ago FlyLady's mentors Pam Young & Peggy Jones " who wrote "From Pigpen to Paradise" ( I thought they had looked in my window when they wrote this one, I thought I was alone) & " Side-tracked Home Executives"
Flylady has some good tools also on her web site, I love her Mop. If you live in CHAOS check it out, you won't regret it.

I started doing Flylady years ago. The method works! Once it sinks in that you only clean a clean house you are free of allday housework forever. I started it when my kids were driving me crazy with messes. I got rid of all extra stuff. I didn't ask, I demanded that this is what will be in the home since none of them seemed to have had enough sense to clean up a mess when they saw one. DH balked but he got over it. Now he is neater then I am about his stuff. When my fridge is moved or the sofa, doesn't matter, it's clean underneath and I know it.
