Maybe you are right.... it could have been for design reasons, so I guess that I am just going to use it. I just wish that they would have sent some sort of note explaining the substitution. We pay a lot of money for these kits.

I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. I contacted Craftsy about the wrong fabric, and they were pleased to mail me the correct fabric with their sincere apologies. Very stellar customer service and I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Wholeheart: Glad to hear they stand behind their product. My guess is, if yours was backordered, they put those kits together in a very short period of time. Good on them.

Thanks Emma.... I was very impressed with how they handled it.

I haven't even started January's block yet! My mother is turning 83 in a couple of weeks and I am making her a quilt from my late father's plaid shirts as a birthday present. Once I am done, I will start the BOM.
