Just received an email, I've purchased from them and have been very satisfied.
Here is the email:

On a Whim I just decided to run FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING for the next 24 hours! From noon Wednesday 1/14/09 Eastern Standard Time to noon Thursday 1/15/09 shipping will be FREE to all US destinations. Discounted shipping of $7.00 to Canada and $9.00 to all other countries for each priority mail envelope will apply. We can fit about 7 yards or 28 FQs of non-flannel fabric in a Priority Mail envelope.
I know times are tough so I decided to do some cleaning out in the fabric room and afford my customers some real bargains! I now have 300 items in the clearance categories. Imagine Fat Quarters for as low as $.50!
