Default Going out of Business Sale

I posted awhile back that this quilting store is going out of business. They are having the final online sale, and are selling 10yds of fabric for $25.00. You don't get to select the fabric, just wide categories - all kids, no kids, etc.

I'm not affiliated with this store. I have purchased fabric from them, and the quality was always good. If you need to rebuild your stash, here's a way to start.

It always saddens me when I see quilt stores go out. We just had one near us close last month.

I was going to order from them but $100 worth of fabric was going to cost $46 to ship.... say what?

Check with them via email -- sometimes the online computer system adds up too much shipping. The store should be able to give you a more accurate shipping quote.

Sounds like it is worth checking out.

I could not see any of the pictures. I will try to log on at home. Thanks for the heads up and how sad. I hate this.

I ordered before from this store. I was satisfied with the fabric, very nice, but I had to call and find out why the high shipping on my order total when even I could see on the post office site it was way too much. The store did lower the shipping but if I hadn't called I doubt they would. I asked then why the website was calculated for the shipping to be so high and was told it was going to be looked into. I'm not a business owner but I bet many many orders were cancelled when the high shipping was added to the order.

I just went to checkout there. For 10yds fabric & 1 book totalling $45.00, the shipping would have been $54.00. Great sale, but, shipping will kill you.

WOW, shipping seems to be a real issue. I just did a test case with 20 yards of fabric. Shipped to my home, about 15 miles, the shipping was $10.65. I changed the address to Spokane, Washington, and the shipping was over $24.00. This was priority mail. Is that how priority mail works?

If you read the small print, they say they will use the flat rate envelopes, and adjust the credit card charges. If I were ordering, I would be calling them to verify that will really happen!
