    Hi all,
I had posted a thread on watercolor quilts Boo asked me to but have no idea where it ended up. Ruth got a piece of it as, happily, she sent me a message it sounded good but can she have the link. I'm not getting this but here goes again........
    http://www.whims.cc/
This link goes to Whims Watercolor Quilts LLC which has a free pattern, a how-to video & a lot of examples if it might be something someone would be interested in. I sure hope this takes. I lost another post the other day too so I am getting pretty confused. Anyone gets an incomplete piece of this please let me know. Thanks. Betty 8)

The link worked just fine. I just finished reading a book on watercolor quilts, and love the idea of the blocked out interfacing, just wonder how soft it is for a bed quilt. Anyone have any experience?

    Hi Ruthie,
I didn't. I am off sewing for awhile so do a lot of surfing & just came across it. It looks like something I would like to make a small piece of though to try it out. It's on my "one of these days" list. LOL Betty 8)

The gridded interfacing is nice but I think it a bit stiff. If used, I doubt it would make anything other than a wall hanging. I too have had an interest in watercolors, have several books, just lack the time to cut the squares and get busy.

Has anyone used this interfacing? Does it get softer after washing?
