This is a link to this great idea I found at the last quilt show I went to. It is to use with your quilting rulers, very interesting. I bought one. www.quiltersslidelock.com and it does what it says it does too. Much better than using those sand paper discs on your rulers, this way the fabric stays put and you can move the ruler freely to the next spot.

    http://www.quiltersslidelock.com/

Sounds a nice idea, but if only patent pending, when will it be available to buy? Is it a long way off?

Will have to see what it's like when it comes to "a store near you". I'd like to see it in person or at least a video. Could be very useful.

You can buy it through the web site, they are selling them now. I bought the smaller one and it works really really well. I am not affiliated with them, just like the product.
