    The sprayer I used sprays a fine mist so it's not that wet. I was in a hurry so I pressed after spraying. I had it on folding tables and pressed it while on the table. First one side then turned it and spray basted the other side then pressed that. The alcohol was strong smelling when pressing but evaporated fast. The quilt is about double bed size.

    Thank you for this review. I'm always looking for ways to save a money. AND the commercial sprays are expensive. I might make some and spray a small quilt and leave it folded for some time and see how well it holds up.

    In what department did you find the spray bottle, I am not in a $ store much. You mentioned you used diluted Elmers glue, that is what I would prefer to use. What was your ration of glue to water.
