Default I went to Marshall's Dry Goods store.

The fabric line, In the Beginning was back in stock. It was $2.25 a yard on the 10 or 20 yard bolt. My friends and I each bought several bolts and then swapped yardage. I love Marshall's!

Yes anyone can buy wholesale but you have to buy the bolt, not yardage unless it's a flat fold bundle. The fabric by the yard is higher in price but not as much as a quilt shop.
