To day I went to craftsy. and did what Watson mentioned.. and downloaded what I could . Sadly some of them were already gone. And the site, kept changing on me..going to blueprint. Now I had bought some of them, and some of them were also gone. Not too worried, as I had already printed off those ones. I enjoyed Craftsy while it lasted. Thanks for updating us Watson.

I did write to Craftsy today about not giving users notice to save our patterns. I was in the process of downloading a pattern yesterday when the pattern page stopped working. The pattern was gone this morning. Luckily by chance, I happened to find it in my download folder today. I've got 39 more to download.
By the way, if you click on your icon in the upper right hand corner, you can get back to your Craftsy pattern page.

I got notified via e-mail about Craftsy by 3 of the designers who were getting purged. Luckily I was able to download all my patterns. Craftsy told the designers because the patterns were free they (Craftsy) were not responsible to notify us and we have no recourse because they were free. The patterns and classes we bought will remain and we will have unlimited lifetime use of them. We shall see, sorry to say but I have my doubts about that. The Craftsy website was probably overwhelmed with all of us trying to download. I got mine all downloaded but it did run slowly and crashed twice.

I was able to get all of mine downloaded (over 200) by staying up into the wee hours of the morning on Friday. I think it's really awful what they did to the designers over the holidays. I have been wavering about the Bluprint subscription but I'm extremely turned off right now, and I'm worried about all the classes I have purchased (over 80 at last count). Hopefully they won't pull a fast one on us.

Thank you for letting us know. I am one of those BAD people that will get a pattern and just leave it for downloading later on. Unfortunately, I did this a lot.
I have spent the whole day downloading patterns. The only ones that I couldn't get were the ones that were ZIPPED. I have no idea on how to download the zipped patterns. When you open the pattern there are a bunch of files, but I can't seem to be able to save them. Any ideas, anyone?
Also, it sure was hard to download files without the original pictures. It would have made it a lot easier if they would have left the pictures up. I feel really sorry for the sellers on Craftsy for having to do this all within a short amount of time.
