Interesting Info About On Point from Donna Jordan
I came across this interesting information about how and why to cut your setting triangles for on point quilts in a Donna Jordan video. Little tips and tricks like this make such a difference to the end product and I don't always give them enough thought until someone points them out.
The tips about the setting triangles start at about 8 minutes and she also has some info about pressing on point quilts. The whole segment is about four minutes long, but well worth it, IMO.
Donna Jordan is such a wealth of knowledge!

She does the quilts for shop display. No need to wash them first. As much steam as she uses all the shrinkage will happen before she cuts and if a fabric will bleed she'll know as soon as the steam hits it. She's a great instructor and is very pleasing to listen to. Her shop prices are usually lower then the LQS here even with shipping.

videos are not, per se, against the rules.
however, we should not post any videos we did not "shoot" ourselves.
in regard to videos found off the QB, only links should be provided, along with an introductory post.
again ... this is simply clarification.
this is not a fuss-o-gram.
