On May 25, 2011, a new site will launch for international sale of anything quilt related - by and for quilters. A read-through shows that it will be a $5 per item charge for a two-month listing and it's possible to build a "store" of your items.

However, on May 16 they'll begin taking listings FOR FREE for a week or so.

I have no association with this, just simply thought some of us might be interested.

For details and sign-up, listings, go to: http://www.quiltdeal.com/

Thank you Jo. Much appreciated. I have made a note to remind myself.

Thank you Jo for the heads up of this new quilt web site. It should be fun dealing and wheeling with fellow quilters.

Wow. $5 per item to list it to sell. I think that is way too much.

I thought it somewhat pricey too unless the item you're selling justifies it. Certainly precludes bits of fabric here and there or else you'd have to present a huge lot to warrant the publishing cost.

Still, if you've got a machine or something, it could be worth it. On the other side, if you're looking for something unique, rare, or dated, it could be a good resource.
