    Yes, it has the capability to read to you. My grandson has Aspergers and this Kindle reader was suggested to my daughter and his school books can be downloaded and read to him on it. He reads well, but he understands better when he listens. Hope this helps.

    My sil got a kindle for Christmas . I think she will enjoy this. Thanks for the pattern. :thumbup:
