    Kona Quilt cotton solids are on sale! Today only "internet special" 30% off. Also have Keepsakes cottons 30% off thru the 19th.

    For some reason the Kona Cotton that Joann's sells its not the same as the one you buy from other sources. Hobby Lobby carries a much better quality of Kona Cotton and Moda Bella solids.

    This discussion has arisen many times on this board. Once when it was written about, Robert Kaufman from Robert Kaufman, Co. answered directly. You can find his answer in the post titled "Kona Fabrics and Robert Kaufman Fabrics" his post is #32.

    I hope this helps. I've been told that possibly/maybe someone switched the Robert Kaufman Kona for a lessor fabric, but that would be a punishable offense.
