Default LED bulbs for Brother 1500, FW and 301

They don't get hot and you know how hot a FW and 301 light cover can get. The lights are super bright. I really like them. Here is the website for details. No affiliation just happy customer. www.stitchallthethings.com/screw-base-led/

Thank you for sharing. I have clip on LED lights that I now use to supplement my FW light. This would be so much better.

Oh Thank you! I was searching for machine bulbs and found this post on Google. I have been looking for a LED bulb for my vintage Singers. A quilter I met at a workshop had one but couldn't remember where she bought it online.

I purchased 3 LED bulbs off ebay, $10. (yes they were from china) my FW uses a bayonet type bulb, they are made for sewing machines and are very bright work good.

I ordered some from EBay and they wouldn't fit my FW even thought it said in the description they would. Same with my Bernina bulbs. I won't order bulbs off Ebay again.

Thanks for the warning--I was just about to call my son and ask him to order me some LED bulbs on his ebay account. Oh well......I think I did see, though, that 1930s April has some. Maybe I'll go there and check.

1930's April site has been out of stock for these bulbs for a long as I have been searching for them.

YAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY!!! Thanks so much for posting this! Since I started sewing on one of the newer machines that has the presser foot lever toward the inside of the throat, I just automatically reach under the throat on all my machines to lift the lever. Which was how I burned my arm on my FW light just two nights ago (only slightly, but enough to let me know it could have been a lot worse!)! I told my husband then that I needed to see if they make an LED for the FW. This was right on time! Thanks again!
