First, the meatballs sound sooooo good. I don't eat red meat but I do eat Chicken and Turkey that has been raised organically and free range (means free to roam). And I buy it ground and make meatballs and stuff but had not thought of making those. So now you have my mouth watering. I am going to be checking out your blog as you do it. You go girl. Doing a blog is very smart. If you can get enough readers you can sell a lot more. But I am more interested in seeing your students stuff. :D

I will have to add a recipe blog link to my blog too. I'll also add that meatball recipe. I'm sure you will be able to subsitute chicken or turkey and it will be just as tasty!!!

When I get home I plan to write in my blog about last night's class and post some of the girls' photos!

I hope down the road more people will look at my blog and be interested in my designs... Keeping my fingers crossed!!! I will be playing and adding more to my blog soon as in more links, photos, etc!
