    Thumbs up Lori Holt Tools!

Oh, how I love me some Lori Holt! lol Today I received an email from Connecting Threads, and what do you know...Lori has her own line of quilting tools. I am coveting the aqua colored cutting mat especially.

I love Lori Holt's designs. Have her books, many patterns. I'm a little put off by the latest venture into other already out there tools just because it says "Lori Holt" on it doesn't make it any better than the others. There is one very famous designer who just put out a project planner book at just shy of $20, I can think of many things to do with $20 and write my project in a notebook on lined paper or graph paper. Maybe I'm just a cheapskate.

I agree BettyGee, but I did take a look at them..I will say, that the lighter color may be easier on the eyes. I'm finding the green Olfa is some times harder for me when gutting green and medium blue fabrics. Although, I can't believe I spent $60 for that size a few years ago...

Hmm, I have her circles templates(smaller set) and it came with pattern too, but I really don't think I paid that much for it....

I like that the inch numbers are on the outside of the borders. I have the Altos Quilt Cut system, and a mat like this works ideally with that. Thanks for posting!
