    I used her method and also tried another which is using a 5 inch square, then one 5 inch strip for bottom, two 7 inch strips for each side and then a 9 inch strip for the top. Both worked but the second one lined up better for me and used less fabric.

    can you show us yours? I don't do "pre-cuts" but would love to do this as I love how it looks!

    I wonder how these would look as a scrapy quilt. I am in the process of cutting up all my scraps and some are 10 inch squares. .. I also have 5" squares...
