After reading a thread on here about back supports for sewers and quilters.......I googled what was available on the market and stumbled on this "make your own". It is basic but should do the job. I think I will give it a try.

My chiropractor quilting friend said this is too thick! Max thickness should be only 3", but with my big hiney I might experiment and go for 3 1/2"

I had one similar years ago. right now i have a rectangular pillow in this office chair for my back. works well enough.
