The January clue is out! two different blocks with lots of color in them, I think they are the key to tying this one together. Will try to start one later today, but doubt I will have much time. Will look forward to seeing everyone's efforts when I get back the end of January. Happy sewing!

I had a chance to make this month's blocks today. I had redo my SIS blocks, because they were the wrong size. The center block was cut too large. I also had to make one new blue/pink half hour glass block, because it was way off when it was lining up around the purple center block. I have another blue/pink half hour glass block that isn't lining up perfectly, but it is close enough. I would have substituted the other one that I had to make, but it strangely came out .25" too small.

Jeanne and silliness, your blocks look so nice! Once I am done piecing my BH MQ I will catch up with this one and hopefully have it finished by the end of the month.

That is a lovely layout, Nanny's dollface! We certainly would then have a lot of white to do some showcase quilting too.

That's a really good guess Nanny. Your fabric choices are working out great. I have all my blocks done but have been too busy with BH mystery to play with them.
