OMG, I am laughing already this AM. And what do you mean Renee you did not want to go shopping? This is not a Stash Club. Well yeah in a way, we all stash. I shopped. I got some fabric from Tina's web site store. I have some more here at home already I can use. So I will probably be making more then one, or I will make one than the other or...............

You should see what i have been buying they all have plans for quilts. If only I had bought a half of a yard more of each I could have made a tote to match the quilt. lol Besides the kid just let me know she needs $65.00 for fingerprinting other wise she can't get into a school to student teach. So there went my money. hahahaha okay i'm killing myself over here. The more I sit at my office desk looking at my fabric I might have to go buy an outfit to match.

As promised, here is my fabric for my tote. I am going with a black with small red floral for the lining.

I can't decide whether to use the blue or red for the lining, any suggestions?
I love your fabric choices!!! I still have to decide on my fabrics. I think I'll do that over the weekend.. maybe I might try a Christmas bag too.. then I can use to to carry gifts around when I give them away!

Ya'll crack me up. My friend (if you can believe it) doesn't have internet access.  :? She just doesn't get it, but when she comes over, I show her stuff on this board. She sews, but doesn't quilt. She has made several totes that are really cute though so she will probably help me- if I bribe her with something like chocolate

Love the hot pepper fabric. And what is all this about NOT going shopping??? Don't you know that gives the rest of us a bad name??

Hi, just dropped in on all the fun and hilarity, you mad lot.

Went to my sewing club today and I the sizes out at the Club. Got my tote done and part of the other before I had to give way to someone who needed the table more than I did. Hope my fabrics are all the right way up otherwise my trees will be standing on their head or sides depending on how this mystery goes.

We all seem to be having fun doing this. Thanks Skeat I am glad I joined you all.
