I am curious what kind of batting everyone has used ...I have been debating about it all morning!! I know I am a bit behind and now 4 is up!:0)I will hopefully get it all caught up today. I have a fusing type batting..(no idea what the name is)..but it makes totes stiffer..make sense??Just curious...what to use??:))Skeat

It is probably fusible fleece. That is perfect. I would have used it but I have so many pieces of batting I need to use up. I used cotton low loft batting. I only use cotton unless of course I use the fusible fleece. And actually I don't know what the fabric is in the fusible fleece. Could be cotton, could be cotton/poly could be poly. But really any type of batting for the tote is fine as long as it is not to high a loft, at least I think that is correct. :D

Yep, that's correct. You can use any type of batting. I wouldn't use a real high loft one though. In the pattern pictures, what I'm using is called Thermolam. Its used for hot pads and such but I like it for bags and some table mats. I think it's just personal preference mostly.
