I have watched her for so long, I just want to go give her a hug and tell her we are all keeping good thoughts for her recovery. She is one of my inspirations. She has come through so much, and still keeps such a sunny outlook. i just love her show.

Default Have you seen Nancy Zieman's latest blog?

Just saw it yesterday. She had osteosarcoma, bone cancer. She said she has a partially bionic right leg now. She'll be taking time off from her show and speaking engagements to concentrate on healing and therapy. She looks wonderful, and she gave a very uplifting and positive speech. I do hope she will be OK. She has meant so much to so many people in quilting, machine embroidery and general sewing for so many years. She has always seemed like such a pure, genuine person. I really hope she will be OK and have many more wonderful years ahead of her.

Thank you for passing that along, I hadn't heard. That is so sad! Hopefully she will heal and share her talents for many more years!

I had the good fortune to attend Sewing Weekend in Beaver Dam today. There was a very LARGE card on the wall and many were writing good wishes, as did I.

Some months ago she had Mary Mulari guest host her show due to an illness--now we know what was happening. She still has her great sense of commitment and great attitude. Would love to meet her someday but don't think that ill happen. I just watch her show every Saturday on our local PBS channel. My prayers go out to her and her family.

I also did not know this. Just received an order from "NANCY's Notions".I don't know of all her other ailments but she's got an excellent outlook. Wish her all the best.

How to find her blog, please? I am so sorry to hear this, she is so nice, and promotes sewing for handicapped and needy people.
