    This is amusing, but it's really a cute idea - and basically free! I wonder if one could make it with heavily starched fabric circles? Could we use up some Christmas fabric scraps this way? Maybe one could use the toilet paper cardboard as a base to keep the fabric stiff.

    Would be cute to use up scraps but a lot of work. The snowflakes were cute!

    cute idea. i think the fabric would be lost since mostly only the ends of the tubes show

    Cover the tubes with fabric and glue then cut the circles. Would add a lot of color to the design and be really cute.
