Boy i can only think of one and she is a youtube lady from England, The Last Homely House East of The Sea.
you might call quilt guilds or shops for help finding some hand quilters. Good luck.

Check with a local senior citizen center. One in my area has a group that does hand quilting.

If you have Amish in the area where you live you might want to check with them.

Hand quilting is so beautiful - must remember that it will cost quite a bit more than machine quilting, But - maybe the Amish would be more reasonable - and they do beautiful work. Good luck finding a hand quilter. I don’t know if anyone in my area or even further away that will hand quilt.

I am a hand quilter and have been for many years. I am also a member of Kalico Quilters and we meet every Wednesday. We quilt on the old wooden frames and sometimes there are up to 3 quits on frames at a time. We quilt from the edges in towards the center. It is great and we have a lot quilters. I hand quilted many quilts for a lady who lived in Lexington Kentucky. I love the campionship of all of the members.

I did a web search on "hand quilting services" & came up with this site. I have no idea their type of workmanship & pricing for hand quilting, but I am impressed with their site. They say they charge $1.50 per yard of thread used but I have no idea how many yards it takes to hand quilt a quilt. The quilting is done by Amish & Mennonite quilters. Their pictures of finished quilts are beautiful. They are in Minnesota. There are many others on the web but this was the first one I clicked on & liked.

I do hand quilting, been doing it for over 40 years. I've hand quilted many antique quilts over the years, for others and myself. All the work is done by me personally.
