New MSQC tute
Called butterfly.......not liking it, myself. I think that white strip between wings should be black, like body of a butterfly....otherwise, a possible quick quilt! Jmho

I thought so too, but it does give space for some decorative quilting to make it more "butterfly" looking. Maybe a body, head and antennae...

How funny, I thought the same thing when I saw it this morning. Maybe do an appliqué body and embroider the antennae.....

I also thought the center strip should be black when I watched the video. Also was thinking might be a good pattern to use scraps.

i didn't care too much for the tutorial either, definitely looks like something is missing with the white strip between the wings.
