Got info today from Read for a cure and they have a Quilt magazine called Primitive Quilts and projects listed. I have Never heard or seen it before so did a search. It is a nice book. Lots of fun projects if you love primitives for sure. I subscribe and also see them at quilt shows where they have a terrific display. For me the book is worth the price as the patterns are clear and easy to follow.

It is actually NOT a "new" magazine ... it's been out for at least 5 years or so. I've subscribed for several years and really enjoy it. I gave my SIL a subscription and it has become her favorite mag also. I think they do still have a booth at the Houston IQF each year, so keep an eye out for them !
It is a little more $ than some other quilt mags, but IMHO so well worth it. Lots of warm and cozy quilt patterns by well known designers, great wool projects, stitchery and decor that you won't find in any of the other cookie-cutter magazines ...
