    If you have a Swiffer dust mop, instead of paying $6 for four replacement pads, cut pieces of batting the same size as the pad. You can use leftover batting from completed quilts too. It works great!

    What a great idea!!! I buy Swiffer dusters all the time! You just saved us a ton of money, THANKS!!! I bet it would work well for the hand held ones too. The little prong thingies on the handle should shimmy right into some of the batting I have. (The batting I don't like of course LOL)
