It is to me. She looks frozen and retouched to oblivion. To me, Alex Anderson was always "real."

BTW, I have no problem when someone thinks they need to (or want to) improve their looks. (Jeez, I could benefit from a full-on demolition and rebuild). It's a very personal decision and none of my beeswax. I just don't always understand it.

I don't subscribe. I will buy some off ebay or quilt groups on yahoo.
Its so much cheaper that way. You get the magazines other people don't want anymore and most of them are like brand new.
