    o i would be in heaven...would have to figure out how to hang a hammock on a pulley system so i could just sleep out there lol

    I could handle that but the down side is my stash would have to be stored in a closet where the light wouldn't bleach it out....

    No heat, no air conditioning, no electricity, no bathroom...don't think it would work for me. I do like my comforts! :)

    If I had the funds, I'd buy it quick.

    Call the contractors and get it running with Electricity, Water & a small bathroom, plus window screens.

    Lots of windows for fresh air, don't need no AC, but in case a portable AC will do.
