    It's going to happen again!
A one day mystery quilt from Planet Patchwork.
They have posted the fabric and cutting prep work today.
A lot of good friendships from this list got cemented during the last one day mystery quilt.
If you have never done one, check it out!

    Enjoy! <wave>

I wish that I could!!! The plans are to have 3 of my DGS's with me and they would not be happy if I spent the day sewing instead of with them LOL If the plan changes.....I think it would be great fun!!!:D:D:D

Hint: I can't do the sewing on that day either but I am going to print out the directions and save it for another day!!! I absolutely couldn't miss out on all of the fun!

Are we not grateful for printers? <g>
Let's be sure to post pictures on both this board and Planet Patchwork to encourage all those creative persons, eh?

You're a real pro with these, Omak.

I really recommend mystery quilts. They are a fun way to try out a new pattern and the instructions posted with planet patchwork are easy to follow.

Agreed! The very first quilt I completed was with SunBonnet Sleuth and I gained a lot of confidence from the doing. I also had a goal set for me and managed to complete it. I think it took me about five years to actually quilt it and that started my quilting "career" ... much more demanding than a block of the month, but it really does help one get off the dime.
Also, for those not able to meet with us, the pages will be posted for a month so you can print them out and catch up at your leisure.
Cute Buns did a mystery quilt and I have used that at least TWICE ... and, then someone on this board told about a mystery quilt from Planet Patchwork during the summer, and I made THREE quilts from that mystery.
I am checking to see if Quiltville.com is going to do a mystery also, but haven't done so yet:oops:
