Wonder if they started this to sell off their excess? Seems like a good idea if they can make a virtue out of a problem!

Me too but haven't received an answer yet. I see they will be at the 7 Sisters Quilt Show in April!! I'll be sure to find their booth in between my shifts and see what they are offering then!

K, I just received a response, she sounds like such a pleasant person! Here it is:

    "Hi Patty,
I look forward to meeting you at the 7 Sisters Show in April!

I have updated my website this morning. The batik prices are $11/yard. I apologize for the inconvenience of having to email me. Unfortunately my website is my spare time project and as I started adding fabrics I realized I was unhappy with the photo quality that I was posting. I have figured out how to fix that now, I just haven't had a chance to actually get it up there. I posted the prices with the buttons and I will be updating the photos soon - along with listing the other fabrics that I now have in stock.

Thank you so much for your interest!

The prices are on the site now, but they look to me like they are regular-priced new items and fabric. I don't see much of a price advantage at all.

Good grief! We mail her our unwanted fabrics? Am I hearing that right? Nice work if you can get it......

I don't think I'll be buying anything from that site. Good grief $10.99 a yard for pre-owned fabric and who knows where it came from - smokey house, covered in pet hair, bugs?? Nope, not at that price. I'm passing on this.

Her response to my email was 11 for new batiks and 7 for the "used". I thought that is still a little high.

I noticed that she will be at our Guild Quilt Show in January. I need to check this out!

Batics were priced from $10.95, up I think it was.
