I checked out the blog and although the blocks were interesting, the history presented was far more fascinating. I'm not ma CW buff, but I've bookmarked this one. Thanks.

I have been printing the patterns and collecting fabric. This quilt is on my to do list. I really like civil war fabric. i also like reading about it the way she write it.

Well, I've been saving all these blocks, but I went back today and realized I didn't save the pdf's of the blocks...so just spent probably 2 hours going back through each block and adding things! Yes, the stories are better than the blocks, IMO.
