    I printed the 4x4 pattern tutorial off and then read on here they had errors, Yikes, so like the previous poster I contacted MSQC by an email last night, and this morning I had a link for the whole pattern, not just the basics. Wonderful

    I’ve bought patterns that were bpnot written properly and contacted the company. No response. Just continued to sell them!

    Good for MSQC-they are wonderful. Once I had bought a pattern while on a road trip and it had missing instructions and I called them and they sent me a whole new pattern free. Good PR work!

    I have had wonderful replies from Connecting Threads also. They fixed the problem or rectified it. Great PR plan.
