precut kits.
I got a link in my email. I think it was from a computer shop hop.
I went and found a place that cuts your material when you buy the PRECUT kit.
How I wish our BOM that I attend did this.
JUST WENT BACK NOT ALL KITS ARE PRECUT!!!!!
Here is the link for having a take five cut, but you can also buy the kit with fabric already picked out.

Does anyone know of any other shops that do this?
Thanks in advance.

I personally don't like kits that are pre cut. Every time I have bought a kit with precut pieces I have problems. Seems like the pieces aren't cut as precise as I want them to be and it is generally on the small side.

I have to agree with Jannie. And I have yet to make a quilt from a kit that I haven't had to buy more fabric for--and no! not from cutting errors.
I bought one with a adorable panel from Keepsake (of all places) and the backing was 6" too short! They offered to let me return the kit. At that point I had it made, but they didn't offer to send me more fabric for the backing. Grrrrr.
Be careful with kits.

I have always said there is a cottage industry opportunity for someone who would cut out the quilt pieces. (That will never be me) With an investment into one of the acqu cutting tools I really belive that this idea would be well received on a local basis in most any area.

Kits
Many quilt shops will "kit" fabric for you, at least they will around here. I personally have been happy with kits. I get smaller ones like table toppers. I always like the fabrics they choose.
I don't know if there is a surcharge for making the kits.
Just ask
