She is starting a new mystery quilt and I'm going through my scraps and fabrics using every shade of four colors I can find. I'm low on neutrals so I'm heading to Goodwill for men's shirts after I vote today. If you haven't made a Bonnie mystery, try it. Her quilts are designed to use up any and all scraps. With this mystery she says it's a total clean out of your scraps!

I'm planning on doing this one, I've got tons of green and reds but will need to probably find some more pinks. Looks like fun.!

So, she's going to post directions on her blog over the next month? Looks fun.

She explains on the link I provided how her instructions will be posted Her only rule is no whining. I like that!

Sounds like fun!!

Thank you for the link for this. It sounds like it should be a fun quilt to do and rid some of the scrappy stash that's been building up and overflowing. I'm considering it too. :D

I always wanted to do a mystery quilt. I'm going to try this one.
Thanks so much for the link. |

I would love to try a mystery quilt, but this one looks too scrappy for me. I am not a big fan of scrappy quilts and I especially don't want to make one when I don't know what it is going to look like ahead of time. I think I will pass on this one.

I figure it's using up scraps so what difference does it make if it out of my usual range of like. At least I'll have a quilt made and not a pile of scraps and I know someone will love the finished quilt and claim it.
