Many of you may already follow Maria Elkins site but I was up waaaay too early this morning and came across her blog on missing/stolen quilts. Very sad!!!! Anyway, she has created a form for documenting one's quilt, including a place for photos & even small swatches of fabric. She invites all to copy & share the form.
