    These are so cute. Thanks for the pattern. The last tomato pin cushion that I bought, rusted my pins. Don't want anymore of them.

    Hmmm-your reply made me wonder Jeandrig...when I make pincushions, I usually put some steel wool in between the batting/stuffing. I always thought it would help keep the pins sharper. Now I wonder that in a humid climate, it could turn to rusty steel wool. Something for thought. Anyone else have any ideas on this???

    Thank you for sharing the links you come across...I will for sure make these pumpkin pin cushions. When my family gets together for Thanksgiving dinner, my sisters and I always share little gifts with each other and these will be wonderful! again thank for all the links that were shown.
