    Just AMAZING ... a fantastic restoration, and to think the Abbey is almost 800 yrs old ! So much history ... hope to see it someday ! Thanks for sharing :)

    I had the same thought. I am not experienced enough to do something like that but I would love to have the pattern if someone decides to do it. I wonder if one would have to get copyright permission on something like this.

    the abbey is privately owned by queen elizabeth, poor thing. i'm sure you would need permission.

    I am sure you are correct in this. I now wish that I had the expertise to do this! I would love to be in touch with the Queen!

    the people who designed it are long dead, so i doubt if it's copyrighted, but since it's privately owned, i think you still need permission. patrice?
