    Default Satisfied Customer of MSQC

On black Friday I ordered several items and in particular the Couch Quilt as a birthday present for my DGD. Everything arrived except the Couch Quilt. I called and spoke to Emma and she put through a reorder for me. I explained my concern about it arriving in time for DGD's birthday which is right after Christmas but we always celebrate before Christmas. Emma offered to pull the order herself an and get it mailed right away. Bless you Emma, her birthday party is Saturday and DG will get her present on time!!!

I love MSQC. I just had problem with a gift certificate because my son wrote it in my Mother's Day card wrong. I emailed and had an answer back with correct number in minutes. While looking through previous I found an item I was charged for and was backordered but never received in August. I asked Andy about that order and he couldn't figure out what happened but had my money refunded in seconds. Their customer service is unbeatable.

I like MSQC. I've only ordered once but I get a nice feeling whenever I'm on the site. There's a really good vibe and I'm certain I'll order again.

They are just as nice in person as they are on the phone. Jenny has built a beautiful empire.

Glad it all worked out for you. I have ordered from them several times and had excellent service. My daughter gave me a gift certificate for my birthday and I loved it!

My niece, Emma, works at MSQC in the (what I call) problem resolution group. Maybe it was her. She is a good girl!
    She enjoys working there.

My niece, Emma, works at MSQC in their customer service dept. Maybe it was here. She enjoys working there and is a "good girl".

I'm also a MSQC fan. The calendar was on Daily Deal 1-2 wks ago & I ordered it with something else. When I got it & looked thru it I loved it. Each month has a pic of a quilt, a diagram of the block & where directions are in the Block mag., in tutorials or both. Great fun!
