    Have the base of a NEW HOME (no treadle though).
    Mine has a plywood top.
    May try this.

    Hi Billy, this is in regard to the 2 machines I thought I wanted to donate. After seeing your response, maybe I don't want to let this one go. I have had it for close to 50 years and if it had value I will have to reconsider. Never really did want to part with it so now take a look and tell me what you think of her, OK? Thanks.

    i have two current machines on old treadle bases and another treadle base waiting for a sheet of table glass so it can become a side table in the living room.
