    Someday when I've collected a lot of cute scraps, I'll be able to do a scrap quilt that looks as cute as that! Right now a lot of my scraps are from my early quilting days when I mostly used fabrics that had been given to me - and thus aren't really "my" style.

    I have never made a scrappy quilt. Do I use just use a mish mash of scraps? Batiks, plaids, traditional etc. . . or will that look to nuts? I love this quilt pattern. I look for quilt patterns that I can understand how it is constructed. I am still a beginner. Thanks
