I have that sharpener but switched to an electric one. Much better results. It is a Tru Sharp. Watch for a sale on Joann.com then find a free shipping coupon. There is one right now on website and sharpener on sale for $41.09

What a great site you have shared with all of us today. I know that I will be using this technique soon. Thank you so much.
