    I have one with flax seed in it and I used it the last couple of nights for a stiff neck. Works great.

    I make them with flax seed and put a little lavander in them. Them smell do good when heated.

    I made some and my granddaughter brought them to the spca. They use them to soothe kittens who don't have a mom.
