I'm in southern coastal New Jersey and we probably have more than a foot already and still having blizzard conditions. Haven't lost power so I've been cleaning, sewing, watching TV and generally fooling around the house. Been reassuring the cats we will be all right. (We talk about the crazy cat forecast around here. All the cats got nervous and my Cuddles kitty got really insecure yesterday so I knew it was going to be a fairly bad storm.) Does anyone else find a storm like this inhibiting? I should have got tons more done but couldn't settle. Hope everyone is ok.

You poor people on the east coast being slammed by that winter storm. But look what you accomplished! I like doing a cleanup and seeing what I have and just putsing!

    Really nice space.
I live west of Vail by about 150 miles and we have no snow. Although the ski areas have all been slammed. They are happy.

I live in NJ, outside Philadelphia and we also got about a foot of snow. How can you tell the difference between a quilter and a nonquilter? Nonquilters are logjammed in the grocery store buying every last loaf of bread while the quilter is standing at the fabric store laughing at them. Seriously, I didn't hit the grocery store yesterday before the storm but did manage to make it to Joanne's for $50 in fabric for my next project.
