Out prowling today and ran across a travel iron at Tues Morning for $11.99. Black/Decker, steam or dry, with dual voltage. Used it this evening, just perfect size for table side when piecing. Thought I would put the word out, if you were wanting one.

thanks, I'll check it out. I tried one of the steam seam irons from JoAnn's but it didn't do so well so maybe this will do the job.

I have the small travel iron made by Rowenta from Tuesday morning. It works great..I use it in my 5th wheel when I am quilting away from home. I love it!

I, too, have a small Black and Decker with steam and the handle folds over for compact storage. I keep it in my camper to use when I'm quilting, etc.
