I have seen this done with the papers that grocery stores
use for you to pick up bagels and doughnuts...you can
buy a box of these papers, put your design on them and
    sew...then just rip them off

so...I started this morning using the pounce...this is not the iron one. Loved the first two blocks makes it a dream to quilt...but!!! the chalk wipes off so I have to redo ...if you have the regular pounce do only one block at a time... ; (

OK...I found you also need to take a damp washcloth and wipe the fabric then use the pounce. its amazing how much easier it is to FMQ when you have a pattern on the fabric, but it takes longer.

Done...I did the ends using the stencil and the rest just did it...looks AWESOME...I would not recommend the power that just wipes off...I also did not tape my supreme slider down good enough..and ruined it...lesson learnt...tape down well...and its hard to FMQ with out it...Now to do the binding...

I just bought the pounce iron off...on Amazon its 5.99 plus 3.00 shipping. I tried Joanns but they do not carry the iron off just the regular powder which rubs off...I will not use that regular one again. I must say though...it makes it so easy to FMQ...very easy to follow the lines but...it rubs off so you only can do one at a time.
