    Our Walmart never goes that low on anything. The least expensive I've found there (besides the precuts at 5 yds for $5) is $2 per yd. I suppose it's just what the market will bear, since our Walmart sells a LOT of fabric!

    Ours was mostly sold out, but I got one piece of $1.00 a yard/
